I dont think he is an NFL QB anyway.

He will get his butt kicked so much he wont last long.

Too skinny, too frail and not a quality QB any team I can think of would want with all those big prototype QBs in this group.
He is going to be the second quarterback taken at worst. He would be foolish to stay in another year.

No way Johnny Football passes up NFL money a second longer than he has too.

A $25-$50 mil contract will be too good to pass up.

Just hope he stays healthy and is smarter with his money than Vince Young was.

In fact, just stuffing half his bonus signing cash in a mattress would be smarter than any financial transaction Vince did.

Then again JFF picked LeBrons marketing team to represent his marketing interests. I guess because 'The Decision' went so well.

The decision basically alien everyone on the planet. Probably one of the worst sports marketing ideas ever. I have to admit I watched it though.

He won't get near that much. Probably more like 15-20 mil. I know I know. Lol. He'll be must see tv next year. I think he'll be a great player in the new NFL.

I'm not seeing it. The new NFL contains MONSTERS playing on the defensive side of the ball. Manziel is undersized.

Plus once you are paid to play, a good % of the players don't appreciate the cheerleader attitude. He did a great job in college rallying the troops. Not sure how that would work in the pros...

I think you'll see that Manziel will recognize his place on the team. He isn't going to get in the face of a 30 year old Pro Bowl linebacker yelling at him to tackle. What Johnny will do is show he wants to win and will not stop until he isn't able to continue. At A&M he was the scout team QB his redshirt year - and proved to his teammates and coaches what he was capable of. I bet he plays the same way when he gets to the NFL.

I do wonder how he'll react when he can't outrun everyone in the NFL like he can in college. NFL defenders tackle better. So I don't think Manziel will get away so easily. But he is also a damned fine thrower - and hopefully that continues to improve.

Skip bayless says Johnny football is going to be a superstar... so I'm guessing Johnny Football will be a bust

Skip also said RG 3 would be better over the long haul than Andrew Luck...
