'ACC' chant by victorious Virginia Tech fans at Ohio State - SBNation.com

The ACC finished the day a perfect 11-0, including Virginia Tech's road win over No. 8 Ohio State.

The 11-0 record is an ACC record for the most nonconference games ever won on a single day and a single weekend. The ACC had previously won eight nonconference games in a single day on September 12, 2009 and August 31, 2013. The league won 10 nonconference games in a weekend on September 2-6, 2010.

Matt Johns has come in and done a good job quarterbacking for UVa this season..

He didn't do much last nite against Pitt, but they still got the W..
Johns is at 7 TDs & 5 picks for the seasons, with a winning record. He's listed at 6'5 210 lbs, a tall thin dude that kinda reminds me of Nick Foles. I'm lookin forward to watchin' the kid more. And in a relatively weak ACC Coastal this year, Johns & UVa might win it.. even in spite of Coach London's poor ACC track record (?)

Any other thoughts on 2014 UVa..

UVA kinda reminds me of North Carolina every year, you never know what you are going to get. They both have solid players but putting it all together is usually a problem. One game NC and UVA can look great and then the next game it's all field goals. Duke is better this year, so is GT as we saw last night plus Miami's D is just awful! The Coastal is up for grabs for sure.
