I dont think Alabama is the necessarily best team, just played a good game at home against a good team. It would be FSU/Bama/Miss.St/TCU. I honestly think Oregon is stilled not one of the top 4 and TCU has just been a little more impressive even though they had a close call with Kentucky.

2. Oregon
3. Alabama
4. Baylor

Same as I expected pre season. Alabama and Florida state. Alabama just has gotten too many choice draft picks not improve pretty fast.

1.Alabama
2.Oregon
3.FSU
4.Ohio

I would like to see Oregon play FSU, if FSU plays like they have in their last 3 games I'm afraid Oregon would run away with the game.

This top 3, in that order, but replace #4 OSU with Baylor.

I wouldn't consider Ohio State unless TCU, Baylor and Miss St. lose two games - then we can entertain the idea of a "BIG" school getting serious consideration.

Yeah no thanks on mizzou.

And for ****s sake could we not have a rematch of a regular season conference game in the first round? Is that too much to ask?

FSU clearly has defensive questions that have yet to be answered. The real question I have is if FSU is just messing around knowing that they've got enough talent to pull games out of a hat, or are they really that suspect on defense. I'd like to see just one game where FSU throttles a ranked opponent - that has yet to happen. Like you, I think Oregon is a superior team at this point. But that being said, FSU has recruited well over the last 5 years and they've obviously got some athletes on that team. I just don't know if they've got the mental makeup to hang with the Ducks. They might find themselves so far down at halftime that all hope would be lost going into the locker room.

Oregon would manhandle FSU right now. On new years day? Who knows.
