This is a great matchup. I just can not bet against Pete Carrol and the Trojans, they own this thing so I got USC in a blow out. Who you got?

Im rooting for Illinois because my neighbors are illini fans but ultimately, I think USC will win in a close game. Looking forward to this one

USC. Although I am a Pac-10 fan, I think this just might be closer than expected. Illinois will have to pass a lot more than they do to keep it close, so it could also get out of hand too.

Juice is a good qb when he runs, but he needs to pass to lead the Illini to victory.

Dude, it's getting ugly, USC scored again. I say, buy a couple of drinks for your neighbors. I can't believe how ugly this has gotten, the fumbles are killing Illinois.

Illinois was awful. They should be ashamed of their lack of effort. They barely even showed up to the game. They really disrespected all the fans who were hoping for a competitive match.

However, USC is very good and the Big 10 just does not have the speed of the top Pac-10 teams as we saw when Oregon destroyed Michigan and of course SC today. In fact, even lowly ol' Washington and Wash. State gave Ohio st. and Wisconsin good games (for a half).

Illinois simply was not big enough, fast enough, or good enough to remotely compete. The Big 10 was down this year for sure.

Although, Michigan beat Florida, so what does that say about the SEC...hmmm

USC is a powerhouse. That would be like taking the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and expecting them to beat the Yankees in the World Series. Dont forget, Illinois had only 2 wins last year. The fact that they ended up in the Rose Bowl is pretty amazing in and of itself. If anyone expected IL to win, they were smoking some serious crap. Give IL a few years, theyll be a force to be reckoned with.
