I want to thank our very patient and wise football moderator. Thanks for getting us through another Season, Double H. Maybe we'll be a bit wiser next year in what write. Personally, I appreciate your advice as you know part of what frustrates me.

Enjoy the last games of the season, college bowl fans. Someone asked me how I could love college football so much but take or leave the pros. I saw an answer elsewhere that summarizes my feelings as well. College is about change and growth. Those *inexperienced* underclassmen that take the field are often not the same confident graduates we see one or two years later.

College football is a bigger chessmatch because players can be ineligible to play from scholastic reasons to breaking team rules to other. Unlike the pros that can pay cash to get out of most things, the college players can't.

If you follow a university like I do, that emphasizes graduation, then literally these young men prepare for life and their further work careers before us week after week. I don't think we always see growth from the pros every week.

I don't think it'll go like that. Clemson has a scrambling QB, and in the past, that has beaten Alabama.

Manziel, Scam Newton, and Chad Kelly are examples.
