Looks like we haven't heard the last from the king of "quips"

Steve Spurrier signs agent, but no definite plans for TV gig | The State.

Steve is definitely one of a kind! I'm looking forward to his next phase!

He'll be good in the studio for sure. But I don't think he has the temperament for TV. At UF you could tell he was there because he had to be (the weekly show about UF football) but had an eye on the clock and his tee time. lol But we'll see. Times/people change I reckon.

Actually, anybody on earth does better than Marshawn Lynch when it comes to TV!

Also, if and when Spurrier does decide to be a broadcaster, I hope people remember that he calls himself the OLD ball coach, and not the head ball coach!

I'm having trouble trying to envision a "quick fit" scenario. I hope the OBC chooses wisely. He has engaged great representation, unfortunately time is not on his side.
