The last spot is a bit more iffy.

'02 Ohio State is a pretty strong choice.

'00 Oklahoma were also pretty solid. They had 5 victories over teams that FINISHED in the top 12.

'10 Auburn had 7 victories (that is exactly HALF of their games) over teams that finished in the top 25 (3 in the top 10 and 2 more in the top 15). Only '01 Miami comes close with 6 wins vs top 25 teams but only one of those was top 10 (#8).
