I'll go with Michigan to win it all, Harbaugh puts it all together this year and they beat LSU in the championship game. My other 2 playoff picks are Oklahoma and Florida St. and Ohio St. on the outside looking in at number 5.

Why? Auburn lost to LSU in 2013 but beat Alabama. Unless you're just being a total homer, any idiot knows that anything can happen in the SECW. Except Miss State winning out. That ain't happening.

Alabama loses too much IMO to get back to the playoffs
Clemson will have a very good Offense but is going to get hammered on D
Michigan I think is poised to make it into the playoffs. Offense should be good. D should be ok
Florida State returns everyone on O but has a QB problem. Clemson / FSU will be fun to watch.
Oklahoma returns a pretty good O. I think they get stung by their in state rival though.
LSU should be SEC champs
Stanford, I'm not as optimistic as others on here are. I just don't see where they are even remotely good.
Notre Dame needs to select a QB and stick with that person baring injury. Don't fall into the OSU trap.

Ohio State will lose 3 games this season. This is coming from a brutus fan btw. We don't have the horses on either side this year to even compete for the Big Ten title. Columbus will lose to both Michigan teams and probably Oklahoma.

Playoffs I'll take

LSU
Clemson / FSU winner
Michigan
Oklahoma / Oklahoma State winner

Just for fun. I think if Ohio State and Bama don't make it back to the Playoffs the bowl selection people should find a way to match these two up in some random bowl and see if that bowl still out ratings the playoffs. Bet it would IMO.

surprised LSU is getting touted so much if that same QB is going to start again, the defnese wasn't great, and LSU almost fired MIles last year.

Clemson is recruiting well on defense and it should be a solid unit although young in the secondary where we lost 3 players to the NFL. Those NFL players were not playing that great the 2nd half of the season and were big factor in the lost to Alabama along with special teams. if CU can just be average in special tams this year they will be difficult to beat.

i think most of the ACC teams will have an unproven first year starter at QB and probably won't be able to win a shootout type game against Clemson.

my picks
CU
Notre Dame
Ohio State
the winner of PAC 10 due to strentgh of schedule , most likely Oregon or Stanford

if a big 12 team makes it, i think TCU will be the one. They have Kenny Hill at QB, the transfer from Texasm AM with a bunch of highskill players on offense. they almost beat Okla last year without their starting QB boykins.

oklahoma lost their top WR who accounted for 30 percent of their receptions, and they also lost 3 linebackers to the NFL, and a NFL corner. given they lost to a bad Texas team last year, and beat Baylor and TCU without their starting QBs, it seems probable they don't mak playoffs this year. I think their QB is overrated.

This will be the most important game in the Atlantic Coast Conference this season. Clemson needs to outplay and defeat Florida State.

Bama has fewer losses than any college team in recent years.

Or are you saying "Bama will lose too many games this coming year to go back to playoffs"?

I think he is saying they lost too many key players to the NFL draft.
