Or maybe Wisconsin is really good!?

Ole Miss gets up 22 over FSU, ends up losing by 11. What a WAOM moment.

And here's my updated Top 25. This was a b*tch to make, so there's going to be some on there that y'all will disagree with.

1. Alabama
2. Florida State (3)
3. Clemson (2)
4. Ohio State
5. Stanford (6)
6. Houston (14)
7. Michigan
8. Oklahoma State (12)
9. Tennessee (11)
10. Michigan State (15)
11. Iowa (16)
12. Wisconsin (20)
13. Oklahoma (5)
14. Ole Miss (10)
15. Georgia (21)
16. Notre Dame (9)
17. Oregon (19)
18. Louisville (22)
19. Texas A&M (RV)
20. TCU (18)
21. Washington (23)
22. Texas (NR)
23. LSU (8)
24. North Carolina (24)
25. Miami

The numbers next to some of the teams will indicate where i had them ranked last week. If there is no number next to a team, that means that team is ranked the same as they were last week.

Congrats to SouthernTiger099 who went 12-4 this week. Very good start to the season.

We were tied 11-4 going into last nights game. I went to bed at halftime confident I would have the best record in week one. Seminoles had other ideas...

Overall a very very good week one for college football in general.
Best 1st week I can remember.

As an LSU fan, I am concerned with Brandon Harris as our starter. Miles seemed determined to get him going early, rather than relying on Fournette and waiting for the cupcakes to get Brandon confidence. Poor coaching and play calling, combined with horrific decision making by Brandon makes me think this year will be Les' last and another mediocre season for a very talented squad.

After blowing a 35-10 lead on Saturday, you might want to re think this. Ky never has a decent defense. The Gators looked none too good either. However, they are always at their best against my Dawgs- unfortunately.

It's a damn good start. Including the 2 games i picked back in late August, i am a combined 13-5.

AP poll is out.

The AP Top 25 Poll | NCAA College Football

As a Texas fan, i think it was a good decision to rank us. But 11th? That's too high to me. Wisconsin shot up like a bat out of hell as well.

Michigan, Houston and Washington are in the Top 10...holy crap.

Situations like Wisconsin going from unranked to 10th are reasons why the preseason rankings for college football are a joke. Yes beating LSU is a quality win regardless of where the game was played, but to jump to 10th is a bit much. I would have assumed they'd be somewhere around 21 or 22 after the win. Texas is in the same situation. They got a great quality win over Notre Dame and jump to 11. It should also be noted that we cannot really say if Wisconsin or Texas winning are truly quality as we're only into week 2. Notre Dame or LSU could go on to lose 5 or 6 games and that would diminish the wins for Wisconsin and Texas.
