Things aren't looking great for Bert. Desperately need a win against the Gamecocks this week. A 2-4 record to start the year (yeah we ain't beating Bama, I said it) will be just one more blemish to his lackluster career here. Injuries seem to be a common theme on the team the last few years.
This year we're missing:

our top RB Rawleigh Williams
top WR Jared Cornelius
top CB Ryan Pulley

It's hard to compete when you're down a senior starter at crucial positions.

If UA ever does relieve Bielema of his services, I'd like for Arkansas to go get either Mike Leach or Charlie Strong. Just my $0.02

What did I just watch? It looked like they were not even trying to win, sloppy game.

Arkansas should have explanations for the 48-22 loss against lowly South Carolina. The game should be another legitimate reason why Bret Bielema needs to be discharged.

No kidding and SC isn't anymore talented than we are. The reality is that Arkansas isn't any good under the coaching and staff of Coach B. I didn't like him as a hire when we brought him in. All he's done is eat food and coach mediocre football. I have some diehard Razorback fans and they haven't even used their season tickets this year. They are burnt out on watching a team consistently lose every Saturday.

Being from Wisconsin, and a huge Badger fan, I find myself with mixed feelings on Bielema.
He left UW without a hint of being unhappy or that he was looking for a new job.
He had some success at UW, yet the way he departed leaves me not totally unhappy now that he is on the hot seat in Fayettville.

My wife and I spent some time in Arkansas a little while ago, and it is a pretty state. We wish the Hogs all the best, but ask a lot of Badger fans and they will tell you they are not losing any sleep over Bielemas situation.

what a lousy game: I am beside myself. The team just sucks. There is nothing else we can say. Of course my whole loving college teams got beat this weekend: SDSU, and they were not playing a very good team: USC and they are looking bad and Coll Buffs.

We were when Garry was coach, but now with Chryst, not so much.

Down 31-7 to Ole Miss in the 2nd...i think the one team that John L. Smith had would beat the crap out of this Arkansas team. I'm serious.
