(chuckle).. I watch as many Bowls as I can (& I'm not wagering on 'em). It's my last chance to watch college football before the 7-8 month hiatus, so I take advantage..

The Commonwealth of Virginia had a tough football day yesterday.. UVa got stomped by Navy in the Military Bowl. Then later in the day, VaTech lost to OK State. Hokies controlled the ball for long stretches & kept it close. But VT's quarterback made a critical turnover on a goal-line, option hand-off that killed a drive..

TCU v Stanford
Iowa v BC
OSU v USC

Why is Michigan almost a 9 point favorite? Can someone who has watched S Carolina tell me why? AM and Wake could be a good one too
TCU v Stanford was an excellent game- very entertaining.

Yes it was. We have had pretty good seats for that bowl game every year.

They put down that fancy epoxy paint on all the concourse concrete floors and painted all the walls in trendy modern colors. So all those areas looked nice.
We didn't use the restrooms, so no reports there, but the new stadium seats seem more comfortable.. The four new (& huge) TV screens were easier to see.

Bought a Bud Light beer (in an aluminum bottle) for the wife for the 1st & last time... $9 (and I was carded by the kid who was younger than my granddaughter. lol)
Hotdogs were $5.

Peach Bowl was a good one..

Congrats to Central Florida on their perfect season.. and their win over the supposedly invincible SEC (Auburn).
