I vote for no one outside of the southeast cares about this regional championship. that should have been an option.

Bah humbug. There’s room for playoff improvement but that’s another thread. I’ll be rooting Bulldogs but I think they lose.

There is something wrong with the system when a team that didnt win their conference possibly is the national champion.

If Alabama can shut down Georgia's running game, they will win.

The system is resulting in giving the best team in the nation the opportunity to win the championship. SO unless you want a system that doesn't allow the best team to win the national championship, then the system is not wrong.

Guess you can tell from my above post, I think The Gumps win... though I'll be pulling for the Dawgs.

it will be at least the second time for alabama. we need to face facts here. the fake playoff is being televised by the same network that has a contract with the SEC. sorry, but that's a conflict of interest.

So the network that televises SEC games beat Oklahoma and Clemson?

The fact is, the SEC has the most talent and when talent matches up with coaching, championships occur.

Who do you think should have been in the playoffs... ? Keep it at 4 because that's the current system. I think most agree the system would be better with 8.. but which 4 teams deserved to be in the Playoffs this year in your opinion?

Personally i would have voted the following:
Georgia
Clemson
Oklahoma
Ohio State

but Alabama getting in over Ohio State is not that big a deal for me.. meh...
