I guess a fair question...PD called to the scene multiple times over the years and something most of us don’t know and I learned recently by Ohio Law whether victim wants to press charges or not- doesn’t matter. By law it appears The PD makes the determination of whether charges are filed.

So if PD says no charges what is going on and what facts are out there to support this conclusion?

Personally, if I'm Urban Meyer, I say "screw it" and leave with my big, fat pile of cash. Get a cush job as a commentator. That way, I'd never had to sit in the living room of some semi-literate high school senior again, begging for him to play for me.

Smith admitted in emails beating his wife, Meyer knew about it and lied publically.

Meyer & some tOSU fans appear to support wife beating because they deny what happened (and UM kept the scumbag on his staff).

Disgraceful, but it remains to be seen if the University has the moral backbone to get rid of those toxic dirtbags.

I guess wife beating doesn't rise to the severity of free tattoos?

Just heard a talking head on ESPN discussing this ruining Urban's legacy. This is absolutely pathetic. Sure, if he killed someone or he battered his wife or he wrote checks to the players, I understand. But this is SOMEONE ELSE. Should he deal with this approprrately? Yes. But ruining his legacy? No way. 95% of corporate America would be fired if held to the same standards.

Yeah, that's retarded. He recruited a murderer to play for him at Florida. How would THIS ruin his legacy?
