I'd say I am a hardcore fan. I'll watch (almost) any game. I don't watch many of the "lesser " games , but who does?

I usually watch it all day every Saturday. From 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM , I'll be watching football. I love Saturdays. Can't wait for the season to return

12, I'm also a die-hard college football fan. I think college football has more intense (& in a lot of cases, much longer standing) rivalries.. which make the games more interesting to me.
For a long time I preferred college over the NFL. But participating in NFL fantasy leagues has equalized my interest in the two different levels of football.. peace

I still watch a lot of it but the game has lost a lot of its luster to me, and realignment has a lot to do with that.

Texas A&M playing Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Alabama, etc. and not Texas, Texas Tech, Baylor, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State IMO hurt college football, even though it's been 5+ plus years since they left the Big 12. The Lone Star Showdown was always a good watch, and A&M had great battles with Texas Tech and occasionally pulled off an upset against Oklahoma. Same with West Virginia playing Kansas, Kansas State, Texas and not Pitt and Syracuse among others, just not the same and geographically very imbalanced. Nebraska had a good rivalry with Oklahoma that is now defunct. Rutgers and Maryland both joined the Big 10, Rutgers is struggling there and Maryland was a founding member of the ACC, and while they've done better so far than Rutgers they haven't been anything special there.

I will generally only watch games of teams I care about. With these games I'm a die-hard fan. Exceptions being big rivalry games like Michigan/Michigan State, Alabama/Auburn, Army/Navy, "Fill in the Blank" College vs Florida State and maybe a few others.

I'm die-hard college football fan. I'll watch it all day, too, no matter what teams are playing. Pros I am more focused on my favorite team or if there is an interesting matchup on. College, all day, every day!

I love college football but I limit myself to two games on any Saturday, Auburn and whatever other marquee game is on.

Not so much the pros. Yeah, I get that they are far better from an ability standpoint. But the NFL is about as much fun as watching IBM and Xerox go at it in a corporate softball league.

Wall to wall fan. Will watch the home team game and spend the rest of the day watching other big games or fishing for the tightest games that are on during a time frame. Usually with about 5 games going on at once at least one of them is a tight ball game. And as the day goes on more games kick off.

Sunday is a day to recover from Saturday.

I agree about the pros. The quality of the game has gone drastically downhill over the past decade. I much prefer college.

I would consider myself a die hard football fan. I don't really have a specific college team I root for, if anything I pull for UGA and Syracuse (born/raised in GA, now live in upstate NY). I just like to watch all the good match ups. Honestly I prefer the NFL, mainly because I am a huge Bills fan plus I really enjoy Fantasy Football.
