In Lubbock baby. Tech is actually playing some D finally and that offense is rolling. And they can run the football too to keep the UT defense honest.

Well, I'll be honest. The OK St game was my biggest worry, and we pulled it off. My hope is that the reason Tech will lose is that they've piled big scores on mostly inferior teams...

But, I am still keeping my fingers crossed. Texas has this great way of snatching defeat out of the jaws of certain victory.

how about the losses to the faggies the last couple years? If Brown can win with his group of players though, a dynasty is in the making. They are young on the defensive side of the ball and have alot of years in front of them, with even more solid recruits making their way into Austin.

That is exactly what I'm talking about. Losing games they have no business of losing.

The question is...

If Tech beats Texas, does that mean they are better than OU?

I find a universe in which a Tech team is better than OU even more...strange.
(and believe me, I am NO OU fan)

Anyway, I have my schedule all clear to watch this game...

They upset OU last year. They really got after Bradford.

They beat OU once Bradford was out of the game. That was hysterical...

I love college football. I think Tech is one of the most fun teams to watch, no matter how they're ranked.

That being said, I believe the UT, TT, OSU, OK, and MO could beat the top team in any conference. The Big XII is clearly the dominant conference in the land.

Raiders football baby. Just throw it to Crabtree.
Re-read MY scenario, Penn State doesn't lose. LSU beats Bama Or Florida beats them in SEC CG.

OU wins out, Tech Beats Texas, Tech wins out except for OU beating them, you have a 3 way tie for Big XII south, The highest ranked BCS team would go, which would most likely be OU. We'd jump Texas after they lose to Tech or after we beat Tech, wouldn't matter. Texas does not have to lose twice for OU to get in.
Than after Big XII CG, You either have one loss UF team or a one loss OU team to play Penn State in NCG. I can't see USC jumping OU if they win out. UF, possibly.

Wish OU played all but two games in OK.
Must be nice for the Longhorns to play 10 out 12 games in the state of Texas.

Im not sure where Texas Tech has a running game. They rank 64th in the country in rushing, and vs Big XII teams has not had a RB go for over 100 yards. Thats with all the point they have been putting up. Tech is one dimensional, but they are amazing at the one thing they do, pass the ball.

They got two backs that split time, which is why you haven't seen a single back go for over 100 yards. They run to keep defenses honest and set up the pass. They are averaging 6-7 yards a run play I believe. In years past, they weren't running the ball like this. Of course though, they are still a pass first team and always will be.
