wow, good game. the big 12 south has had a very bad showing in the bowl games though. really bad. congrats to the longhorns. I hate both teams, so I really don't care. I just like the big 12, especially the south, looking bad.

Congrats to the Longhorns. I personally felt that the majority of the game was very boring. Nevertheless, I'd put USC infront of Texas seeing that USC spanked OSU and the Longhorns barely sqeaked by them.

USC spanked OSU at the beginning of the season and when Ohio didn't have its biggest offensive weapon (due to injury). Wouldn't mind seeing a rematch - I'd still give it to USC, but with a much different score.

Seriously, though...wtf with Alabama and Georgia?

I agree. Poor showing by Tech and Ok St. ??? This makes the game on Thursday all that more exciting.

I understand Texas Tech beat both of those teams.

A win is a win. As a Texas fan this has been one of the most exciting, heart breaking and just amazing season to follow. From the OU game which was amazing to watch to the Ok ST game that came down to the end. Then you have the Tech game on the last second to this one where Colt leads us down the field. What an amazing season.

Congrats Horns

Texas doesn't deserve to be #1, neither does USC. I still say Utah has a pretty good argument for #1 but we shall see how the game goes on Thursday

Utah did a great job against Alabama. But I feel Alabama was always overranked/overrated. Utah played 2 ranked teams all seaon long and not one in the top 10 (until their bowl game). This explains its lack of viewership (you can't vote if you don't watch the team) and why it wasn't considered for the natl championship. It may or may not be fair.

Maybe if these teams shore up their schedules, then they can showcase their talent.
