My picks would be: Boise State, Penn State and Rutgers. Do you think there are teams that are over rated too? I think Florida State is overly hyped by the media.

I agree with Utah...very impressive last season. And Miami is almost always overated but I did not want to add another Florida team to the list.

Oklahoma State is not underrated every year. They are an average program that usually finishes 7-5 to 9-3.

I don't remember Miami or FSU being ranked that much last year.

underrated. hmmm. why must you do this to us? overrated is so much easier! underrated, I can see boise and utah. overrated, ohio state, notre dame, and USC come to mind.

How is USC overrated? They win their conference, they win their bowl games, they play teams out of conference and beat them, and they are consistent.

how are they overrated? because every single year after they beat the second best team in the small 10 at home in a bowl game, we hear about how they are the best team in the league. if they would have played florida last year, the gators would have destroyed them by 50. USC sucks, they play in a crappy conference, and they produce crappy pros.

and like what Oklahoma does. At least Texas and USC know how to win games played in January.
