1. Nebraska. We have sucked for 7 years and are still breaking attendance records. You really have to be in Lincoln for gameday to understand exactly how much Huskers football rules the entire state. Nebraska will hit 300 consecutive sellouts this year...a streak that dates back to 1962. No one can really touch that level of fan devotion.
Exactly what else is there to do in Lincoln on a Saturday afternoon, other than go to the Roller Skating Hall of Fame and Museum or local spaghetti dinner?

Well, Lincoln isn't Omaha, but I never had any trouble finding things to do there.

Mmmm....Valentino's spaghetti......almost as fun as watching Huskers football, and one of my top reasons to go back up there once in a while.
Although there is probably no way to justify a "right" answer I would like to have a little fun anyway. With the best sport in America just beyond the horizon I would like to hear some imput on who you all would think are the most passionate fans in college football.
I'm down in SEC country so of course I'm gonna be bias but in my opinion, I'm gonna pick Alabama fans. Although they can be crazy and some can be downright incompetent, you can't argue with the passion these fans show for their team
I'm biased too....but Penn State fans in my opinion, the student section has been "voted" most enthusiastic by sports reporters. And boy did they play horrible against Iowa!
I'm going to throw a curveball here and say my fellow Temple Owls fans. Sure, we can't really say we get great attendance, but we're the only team in NCAA history to get thrown out of its conference, we haven't been to a Bowl Game since 1976 (before I was born), and we haven't had a winning season since 1990, yet we still love our Owls and refuse to give up on them. Thankfully, we seemingly have turned the corner, and were predicted by many to win our division and make a Bowl Game.
So that's the opposite stance from the school-that-has-great-attendance-and-wins-consistently.
As I say, it's easy to support a winner, but it's not so easy to support a team that loses often.
