Here's what you need to know about A&M: They always think they are good. In fact, they think the entire sports program is good when in reality A&M has only won about 5 national championships in all sports combined (including 1 or 2 in equestrian...that's right, horses people). It is my opinion that A&M is the most overrated sprots program in college.

Always good to get a win over the community college down south

Anyway great to see the Ducks firing, when they play like this, they're one of the best teams to watch, USC better watch out alright.

I am not going to say that USC would have a losing record in the SEC, and I am not trying to sound like the typical "SEC is the best, you all suck" type of person (even though it probably sounds like I am).

My original statement was that Arkansas is getting their butts handed to them in the SEC and aTm made them look like world-beaters. And with the Big XII's non-conference schedule, they are showing that they are not very good (although they seem to think that they are). The comeback about USC was weak sauce.

They went to Alabama in 2003 and embarrassed a 6th ranked Auburn team with ronnie brown and cadillac williams. The 2006 Razorbacks were not "world beaters" but they did go 7 and 1 in the SEC that year, and USC kicked the crap out of them at their house. I'm not trying to bring "world beating" combacks on here, but to down play USC's success against the SEC in the Pete Carroll era is ignorant.

I agree, and I don't think anyone has done that.

To play up Arkansas's win against Texas A&M as some sort of statement about the Big 12 as a whole is ignorant in itself, because Texas A&M is the worst team in the Big 12. Send Vanderbilt to play them, then we can talk about how the bottom of the barrel teams define an entire conference.

The Big 12 isn't looking so hot, but remember Oklahoma State took down Georgia earlier this year.

Oregon may have to go with their #2 QB, Nate Costa, who was #1, before blowing out his knee last year. Our current #1 is banged up and no one knows for sure how bad it is.

Another Oregon corner looks to be done for the season with a knee injury. Who would have thought kickin' the crude out of a team could be so bitter sweet?

Man, the injuries kill the Ducks every year.

With the way Dixon is playing they might be fine.

I wish Dennis Dixon was still playing for the Ducks...nevergoingback knows we would have won the NC with him...

However, you are right, our TE Ed Dickson has been stepping up. We seem to have found our offense lately. But, we are now very banged up. Masoli (QB...at least it isn't our returning Heisman QB like the team from Norman...ouch)) has a tweaked knee, one of our young starting O-line is out, our db is gone for the year, one of our young rb is banged up, and apparently our star rb, LeGarrette Blount hasn't been seen since the Boise CC game.

But, fUCLA still gets worked this weekend
