I would love to see TCU to show up and bring it to these so call powerhouse conferences.

Sure...TCU has played nothing but cupcakes. Not one team on their schedule is currently ranked in the BCS top 25

@Virginia
Texas State
@ Clemson
SMU
@ Air Force
Colorado State
BYU
UNLV
San Diego State
Utah
@ Wyoming
New Mexico

Play a REAL schedule....get some respect.

@ByU, @ Virginia, and @ Clemson are hardly cupcake games. Actually, not even close.

The BCS process is at least transparent. Any team that wants to eyeball a title shot should beef up their non-conf schedule. There is no mystery to it.

The question would be...what record would you expect TCU etc. to have if they played USC's schedule? If you think it's 7-0 then TCU should be ranked higher than USC.

Plenty more games to play.

The BCS reminds me of olympic gymnastics. Doing the basics doesn't get you the gold medal, you have to be trying the hard stuff and succeeding to have a shot at the top.

Virginia is 3-4, Clemson is 4-3....you could consider BYU, by virtue of their win over OU, the only halfway decent team TCU has played, but Bradford was injured and BYU went on to lose to a mediocre FSU team by 26 at home.

The fact remains, NONE of TCU's opponents are currently in the top 25.

TCU scheduled two ACC opponents this year on the road at Virgina and at Clemson. Clemson did beat Miami last week a top 10 team. The notion that TCU schedule cup cake teams is false. TCU is the real deal like I mention before and the MWC is a good conference.

My point is that not all teams that are not in the top 25 are cupcakes, that is all.

BYU was ranked #16, now that TCU smoked em, they fell out.

TCU has just as many ranked teams on their schedule than UF and UT. ONE.

TCU and Boise State could easily hang with, if not beat, any team in FBS.

Arky and Tennessee are cupcakes compared to TCU this year and we all saw what those two teams did against UF and 'Bama.

None of top 5 teams would want a piece of TCU or BSU right now. They are playing some dang good football right now.

Not in my opinion, were BSU or TCU to play in the SEC, Big 12 or Pac 10, they'd each have at least 2 losses by now.

Sorry, but wins over such teams as Miami of Ohio, Bowling Green, UC Davis, Texas State, Air Force, and CSU do not impress me.

Between the two of them, they have one marquee win..Boise over Oregon. Outside of that, it's all conjecture and a whole lot of BCS busting wishful thinking.

That's why we need playoffs..

Doesn't mean they couldn't hang with them though.

A lot of the bellyaching started when Utah beat Alabama in the Sugar Bowl last year.....now all the sudden the glorified high school conferences out west can beat anyone according to some.

Not only would Florida and Alabama mop the floor with TCU or Boise St right now, they'd send Texas home cryin as well.

Urban Meyer knows what he's doing......just recruit track stars with good hands and put em on both sides of the ball.

Lol let me guess, your're someone from the East who has no idea about the WAC or MWC on top of people who breath it week in and week out.

I'll agree TCU or Boise State won't beat Florida or Alabama, but they wouldn't get smashed either like some people think.
