I went to the PSU@OSU game in the 'shoe back in 2006, was pretty sweet (My wife is an OSU alum). I can't ever really tell her, but I have a soft spot for PSU since I loved their drumline when in HS and Deon Butler was from my HS as well. I ended up playing in VT's drumline my freshman year, front row seats for snareline were awesome!

Yeah, VT's been so close over Beamer's time but never quite there. It's all that Beamer is missing from his coaching resume.

We'll see what the season holds for us; our offense needs drastic improvement, and I'll believe the hype when I see it from our coaches and blog reporters about it being better. Losing Evans didnt help us either. There's an outside shot for us to get one this year, the schedule is definitely strong enough, but it's also just as many games that could go the wrong way.

Arkansas Razorbacks. Most likely not in top 10, but I will be cheering for them all the way!

Have to say you've got a decent QB in Omar Clayton.

I can't believe ESPN lets Lou sit on there and spout about Notre Dame year after year being the greatest thing out there.

Most of the other guys have their ties to other schools, but keep unbiased opinions. Even Kirk will criticize OSU when they deserve it.

How much longer do you think Weis will last at Notre Dame if they have another lackluster season? I wouldn't be surprised to see Skip Holtz over at ECU hop up to Notre Dame if they can Weis.

PennState and Ohio State are developing quite the rivalry.....always 110,000 per game; was it a "whiteout" in 2006.....those are special games and PSU fans are some of the most loyal in the country (still sold out, when we sucked for a few seasons...LOL.)
