Ohio State. They are usually in the Top 10, but they have a lot of rookie starters this season. I'd say that they have a shot, but there will be some growing pains.

I grew up in Pittsburgh so I remember them well from the late 50's on. My Dad had a friend that was a ticket usher and take me along on game day for free. Saw Penn State, Syracuse, Notre Dame.... lot of fun. They were pretty good until the mid 60's... Mike Ditka, Paul Martha... then they were horrible until Tony Dorsett came along.

Oh well... would love to see them surprise people this year! And thanks!
It was a great intrastate rivalry...but how many times did each team spoil the other team's season...always seemed whoever should win on paper...lost on the field...they have too much history between the schools to end the rivalry...plus it was always our thanksgiving game...

Things are looking up then...I remember Penn State's embarassing seasons....no fun at all....but you stick by your team. College football is unpredictable for sure...LOL.

I think they have a shot too...and with Penn State on their schedule...well it's becoming quite the rivalry; bet we set an attendance record at Beaver Stadium...Your stadium is/was upgraded???? The Horseshoe?

Nevada Wolfpack, no top ten but top 25 isn't out of the question.

Minnesota Gophers.

They have as much chance of finishing in the top ten as I had of winning Wednesday night's huge Powerball.

( my 2nd favorite team------Alabama----does have a real chance, however )

USC Trojans,

They will be in the top 10, maybe the top 5 depending on how their quarterback plays.

Talking My team has no chance

Since we just found out that our son will be going to Western Kentucky next year I will be cheering for WKU. This is their first full season playing with the big boys and they were rated 120th out of 120 rated teams.

I guess I will have to hope that Northwestern does well enough to make it an exciting fall.
