which states and cities for the mba? (schools, writing, year)

hi fellas. i registered this forum today and i am writing my first post as well.

i want to do mba in usa next year. and i must determine 4-5 schools. i think the most important part is, for the school, in which state and city it exists. which states and cities are cheap, peaceful, green? also, public transportation is important. yes, in america, it is not common in many places. yet, let me try my luck. maybe you have an idea as place where public transportation is ok.

for the school, i don't think about the tp 10 and top 50 schools. a mediocre school is ok for me. can you give me any school name?
