I would steer clear until it becomes recognized as a legitimate institution. Don't care if it's free - time is valuable, too.

That's the issue.... most REPUTABLE educational institutions seek REPUTABLE accredidation BEFORE they even open their doors to students....
These diploma mills open, matriculate students while under probationary accredidation status (which allows them to obtain federal funds) and HOPE they finally get accredited
