I'm looking to go back to school for a B.S.P. at Arizona State in Urban Planning then eventually a masters in it and I already have my BA in Journalism. Would this be a reasonable choice for me or just a waste? What are the chances of getting an entry level urban planning job in Arizona and what is the pay like? Thanks.

You must feel like you missed your train and then missed the last train out while talking about it.

Sorry.

Journalism died.

Urban Planning in the ER with life threatening injuries (called the National Debt).

Go into something that has to do with repair or fixing of infrastructure. Taxpayers, in case you haven't noticed the state of Arizona sold it's public buildings and now is leasing them back, are in no mood for "expansive green spaces" when snow doesn't get removed from their streets.

We're broke, we can not afford it.
