I agree with sean, I believe trying to relocate might be a better option. Adding on more student loans doesn't seem like the best option. I know it's hard trying to find a job in any industry in this economy but maybe you should expand your search options to other cities. Have you also looked into a recruiting company that hires professionals in the medical industry. If not I would definitely explore this option. I had to go through a head hunter to find my job. You might also have to start out doing some temp work and then move up to full time. Keep your head up, good luck.
