I Decided To Transfer My Credits.. SUNY, CUNY or?

Ok. i started a topic before transfering my credits to a university in US from Turkiye... i want to thank to everybody Who tried to help me and comment on my topic. Every comment was very helpful! I see that we MUST move!..

I search about some universities in US that offers physical therapy and rehabilitation program. It should be affordable and a real university not kind of place to profit..

I just want to transfer my credits and finish bacholars degree. I dont know if i need to take SAT exam or smt like that but i took a SAT exam online but even if i need take it wont be a problem.. I could and can do all maths test without wrong answer.

After all i could find the universities SUNY and CUNY in NY that are affordable but not sure if they are good..

SUNY has Environmental Science and Forestry, College of Physical Therapy 3+3 w/Upstate Medical Cente and Geneseo, State University College at Physical Therapy 3+3 w/Upstate Medical Center Bachelor's
i wonder if there is any differences between those campuses or they just same thing..

Any comment appreciated. Thank you!
