I think that you need a Spanish speaking GF or BF...should not be hard to find...Or you could go to a senior citizens group in your area, and ask to speak with a person who speaks Spanish, they would probably love the company. There are also meet up groups to speak Spanish, see if there are any in your area

If you are working full-time, then I would definitely consider a language school abroad during your vacation time. In the meantime, I would enroll in a course at the cc and see how it goes.

While cc courses can be hit or miss wrt instructors, grammar doesn't change [much]. A course will also give you the structure that you need to learn a lang; even though you have a Master's, it's still really hard to learn a lang on your own, without a consitent, structured schedule. Even though you might only have classes 2-3x/week, try to study for at least an hour every day.

And keep in mind that, if you really want to learn to speak the lang, at some point you will have to go abroad.

If you don't want to go to a CC, there may be other options in your city, such as a private language institute. There is one in my city that is about $300 for a 6 week course, and they teach about 15 different languages.

That way you don't have to deal with the downsides of attending a CC, and there would probably be a more professional group of people.
