I know the University of Iowa has great graduate programs for writing, with both Fiction, and Creative Nonfiction programs. I think I'm more interested in the creative nonfiction side. Do you know of any other colleges that offer good graduate programs in creative writing, particularly creative nonfiction?

I think Emerson , in Boston does. Arizona State has a very large undergrad program; I'm guessing the grad program is substantial too.

Pitt is amazing for creative nonfiction. It was Lee Gutkind's academic stomping grounds, after all.

Are you looking for a residential program or a low-residency program?

Goucher College has a low-residency program in Creative Non-fiction.
