Fort Hays State U (Fort Hays State University) is under 300 per graduate credit hour.
University of Alabama is just over 300 .

Reputable college in PA that has a hybrid program in several fields, and is a top ranked regional college that costs LESS than Penn State - Messiah College.

As the name implies, it is a Christian College, but nothing like a Liberty University ( Jerry Falwell's college) or Bob Jones.

A very good price.

Columbus State University: Grad - Program Details

Minot State University charges $307.94 per credit hour regardless of your residency status and it has an information systems program.

MSU - College of Business

For accounting, University of South Dakota charges $368 per credit hour regardless of residency.

Online Master of Professional Accountancy - USD
Those are some good links!

Have you looked at the college where you got your undergrad degree? Seems like that's a reasonable starting place.

No. There are multiple reasons this will not work, namely my college doesn't offer graduate degrees, second my undergrad degree would have cost me north of $70k if I did not have a full scholarship. I'm looking for something cheap.
