Im in a BS tract right now and can choose one of the fields in the tract. Economics and finance are the only two I am interested in but Econ interests me more. What can I do with a BS in Economics. I do plan on going to grad school (Either for an MBA or MA in Econ, or Maybe a Masters in Finance but after I work for a bit).

You really need to go to grad school if you want to stay in economics. I would do a BS in finance honestly, with a minor in economics. This will give you a more concrete foundation to begin working, and if you choose to go to economics in graduate school later, the path should still be open.

An economics person can do most of a finance major's job, especially at the entry-level, but econ is viewed as more theoretical and sometimes doesn't get a sniff.

Go finance, honestly. It is more of the practical applications of similar principles, which is what employers are seeking.
