I won't say it doesn't exist because I've seen some strange degree programs, but I've never seen business administration paired with psychology in a master's program. You may want to look at industrial/organizational psychology. It's closely related to human resources.
Edit: Roosevelt lets MBA students choose a concentration outside of the college of business. One of them is I/O psychology.

I didn't look to see if either of those programs require the GRE, but your options are very limited. I don't think they're offered online either.
