Is it possible for an individual pursuing a bachelor in Political Science or Business administration to pursue a master degree in International Relations?

I would like to work with international relations of private companies instead of going to government diplomacy, besides MBA are there any post graduation or specialization that is worth getting? PHD? Doing research at universities?

Thanks!

I guess, but the people I know who work in international relations just did it as an undergrad degree.
One is a Spring 2014 grad from JMU - BA International Affairs... got hired right away!

You should be fine with getting into a graduate international relations program with a political science bachelors. Even if you get a bachelors in business administration, I don't think you will have too many problems. My BA is in social science and has a mixture of credits in criminal justice, psychology, and sociology. When I was looking at graduate programs in international relations, I don't recall having any concerns with meeting prerequisites because there probably weren't any. If you do run into prerequisite requirements, it'll probably be something simple like statistics which should be covered in a business administration program.

International business is another specialization you can look into. There are MBA programs with international business concentrations.
