After being away from school for 10 years (I've been working in advertising/marketing), I'm looking to go back. What are some programs I could look into?
I'm not necessarily interested in studying Advertising/Marketing, however.
What are you interested in? There are hundreds of different college majors. You should decide what the end goal is and then find out which degree or other type of credential will get you to that goal.
Why are you considering going back to school if you don't know what you want to do? Is this an "anything but business/marketing" kind of deal? That's a pretty broad field. What was your original degree in? Poli Sci? Or is that a degree you're considering?

My original degree was a BA in Poli Sci.
I want to go back to school because work is slow, my hours have been cut back lately.
I've been looking at different programs on school websites but I haven't found anything that interests me.

So you're wondering how you could build on the Poli Sci, or if you should try a different field? Are you good at tech? Engineering?
Or in a field related to your BA, international relations, or area studies, for an MA. (Are you interested in any particular part of the world? Latin America? Asia? (South Asia or E Asia or Near East) Russia/Eastern Europe?) You could work for the State Dept., or for the gov't area foundations that dispense US foreign aid abroad (Asia Fdn. in San Francisco, Inter-America Fdn, Africa Fdn, Eurasia Fdn), or for non-profits working in the field of international relations, or international development. It's a huge field. Knowing a foreign language or two would help.
Or you could get a Poli Sci MA that would relate to the US, and perhaps get a job with a political candidate or member of congress.
Why not look into more specialized areas within Political Science for grad school? Maybe study policy, or Foreign affairs, political economics, political behavior, etc.?
