That's quite a dichotomy in your career preferences. Which one do you think would provide a better living for you: Biz mgmt./accounting, or photography? Whichever one you pick, narrow your search to schools that specialize in that.
Salve Regina University, in Newport Rhode Island, is very safe, and one of the most beautiful campuses I have ever visited.
In fact, it's campus has been used in several movies. I believe they have degree completion programs and are returning student friends. It's worth a look.
Many people have diverse interests! The university that I've recommended has both a strong business program, and a NASD accredited art program. There will be many opportunities for photography - it's a coastal university, and there aren't many of them.
