The oxymoron here is that you want the program to be listed as in person but with the features of remote-online. You could find all the other characteristics fairly easily.

Could it be for an international student?
Save money on staying mostly in home country, or Mexico- inexpensive, flying in for exams?

Get CS degree from the US University and get a good job in US or in home country?
