please rate these schools for computer science (reputation, student, economic)

After I did a decent amount of research, I found that these schools have good reputation and tuition & living expense altogether is around 25k for the international student like me.

I want to know which one has more internship opp and is heavily recruited by the top companies. Where I could get the most out of it? please rank and give me some reasons.

The U of M. It's the third largest/best research school in the country. There is a ton of industry and Minnesota is ranked fourth or fifth for economic growth. Plus the cold keeps all those who cannot hack it away, which is really nice.
