Does this really warrant a thread? There are dumb people everywhere and yes- some of them are even in college or college grads!

Oh I see, making fun of the college students again. So let me get this straight, just because that particular person is in college you expect them to be a saint. Yet when they do something wrong they are called idiots and dumb people. Trust me, if I was to write about all the stupid and yes I do mean stupid stupid stupid things people do that weren't in college, you wouldn't have any space to write. People do dumb things, whether they are in college or not. You don't want to get into an arguement with me when it comes to people who don't go to college and do stupid things, trust me you'll lose that arguement real quick.

It makes people who didn't attend college themselves feel better about their decisions or life experiences if they can trash anyone who did. This isn't really a new thing -- it's just funny to see. It's in many other realms of life also, of course. People without attempting to bring down those with (whether it be money, love, etc, etc). Disappointing. Actually, finding anyone else's despair or problems gratifying to your own life, enough to spend the time posting about them in such a useless and needless fashion (the OP obviously, not you) -- that is what is really sad. I don't even get this thread.

Or it was simply pointing out two individuals who attend college who did some very stupid things.

Yeah, we already got that already and felt it was one of the most pointless threads ever made. Expect my post soon called "DUMB THINGS NON-COLLEGE EDUCATED PEOPLE DID TODAY" ...
How useless would that thread be? And by the way, far more extensive.
P.S. The second college student appeared to be an engineer who wired an A/C himself and constructed the duct himself and appeared quite proud of his homework. Boy, how stupid is THAT! He saved 1,200 bucks and had a pretty neat story/picture to remember his silly invention with. How stupid is THAT!
I'm no mod, but please don't inundate this great forum with this kind of meaningless junk.

The first story is stupid certainly. But the second is more of a story about amusing ingenuity. Inefficient perhaps and potentially dangerous if the construction is flawed, but not as farfetched as the Thermador Car Cooler:

Yes, but I do not understand why. Is it for humor because the AC story is pretty funny and reminds me of something my friend did with his 1989 Corsica, but the drug dealer one is meh? Honestly from my time in college I can tell tales of a lot more dumb and entertaining things than that. (Usually occurring under the influence of legally consumed alcohol.) I just do not understand why you are mentioning it.
