Default Jackson Creek & Highway 105 Monument

Anyone know what's going on with the property SE of Jackson Creek and Highway 105 in Monument? Looks like it was graded about a year ago, as if something was going to be built there, but it continues to sit undeveloped. It's a pretty big chunk of land, something like 90 acres.

Hi Charles,
That area is called Woodmoor Greens. Try Google. I think there are several builders involved. Woodmoor tried unsuccessfully to get them to change their name. Nice weather, eh?
