The festival is over, but I believe you can still go to this place for pumpkins:

Denver Botanic Gardens | pumpkin fest

We used to go there with my niece and nephew when they lived in Colo. Spgs.

Happy Apple Farm down on 115, I heard it is nice, but haven't been myself.

You can get apples at several places in Penrose, Colorado down 115. Pumpkins you can get at Venetucci Farms on 85/87.

Yep, I also agree about Happy Apple Farm. I have not been this year though - some years the harvest is better than others. The owners are really nice and encourage you to try the apples off the trees before you pick them.

Another vote for Happy Apple farm. They are out of apples now, but had a great selection of pumpkins.
