Sounds like you need to open a BBQ restaurant here in the Springs area.
We just recently moved from Kansas and of course we love BBQ.
You know KC is the capitol of BBQ' in.
Out here in the Springs Area we tried a number of BBQ rstaurants and to be quite honest with you the BBQ rstaurants around here are a real question.
Even Famous Dave's is not all that great.
So as a consumer of Great BBQ I would love to have a real BBQ restaurant to go to.
Hey if you need a partner I'm available

Just kiddin

Good luck on what ever direction
