Default Resolved?

I'm now having the exact same problem as McGowdog and dpitts (I am also in the Peyton area). I am going to see if my house has a perimeter drain so I can apply dpitts solution. I've also noticed a lot of clay around and in my basement window well.

Is there any way to find out if you have a perimeter drain system and where that might run? Would the homebuilder (Classic Homes) have this information?

That is how I found out about where my perimeter system was. Our house was built in 1999 by Campbell Homes. Although the house was out of warranty and i was not even the original owner, they sent a warranty repair inspector and he new everything about the way our hose was constructed. Contact the builder they will probably help you. If you need a plumber with experience with this sort of thing. Email me directly at dpitts@ese-web.com Good luck with your leak.
