I worked at Manitou HS last spring. PM with your questions. I will tell you though that if you are looking for secure school grounds, nope. The side doors are always unlocked with no "office" of the sort watching the doors. In fact, the back cafeteria doors have to remain unlocked because students freely walk to and from the main building to the art/tech building where admin is also located. It is on the opposite side of the building, where the office is.
However, if you are looking for a school that operates like things used to 15 years ago, like when I went to school (I am 31) then Manitou HS is the place to be.

I know D20 has some International Bacculaureat (IB) high schools where you can get 1st year college credit.

Check www.ibo.org

I checked: Rampart H.S. and William J. Palmer H.S. in Colorado Springs.

IB schools have to meet additional stringent requirements above state and federal requirements. The IB schools are also worldwide allowing easy transfer between schools (same level of education). My daughter started out in an IB primary school where she had French 3x a week in Kindergarden. Now she is in the French immersion program in 1st grade in Colorado Springs (they teach math and science in French in addition to French language classes).
