To the realtors out there. Anyone know why a home on the MLS might be listed as "under contract showing"?

The property in question is bank owned. Not sure if this makes a difference.

They don't mind showing their house in case the offer falls through. Under contract not showing means they're sick and tired of showing their house and are hopeful that the offer will go through.

We are 10-15 days from closing on our soon to be home it is still list on several sites and has had showings. I guess it's just in case.
