Default Divide vacation home

Looking to buy a vacation home in the Divide/Woodland Park area with some nice appeal like next to a lake or river, wooded area. I have a partner considering splitting it with me. I am also considering selling two other shares for a 4way split. 13 weeks a year for each partner. Does anyone think this is feasible? Everyone would get a fee simple title for their share that can be sold and would gain equity. I know a lot of people that would love to have a vacation home but can not justify spending that kind of money for something they would only occasionally use. I would like to hear some input or ideas.

I think that is a great idea! Where do you plan to advertise for people to go in with you. You would definitely have to make sure that you are all on the same page as far as upkeep of the place and such. Who would handle the money for repairs, etc. Let me know what you find and where you found that information. bashep
