Not to be rude, but to put it bluntly: If you need more money, consider getting an education in something that pays better. I don't really remember any degrees in office work when I was going through school.

I came to Colorado Springs from Texas and had 3 or 4 good job offers to chose from just in the Springs. I have had great opportunities over the years, but those wouldn't have been there if I didn't make good decisions related to jobs and education to get here.

Consider going back to school for a career with more positions than there are people, such as nursing.

You just have to have good reflexes. I drive a Civic and I get great joy pulling up to the gas pump next to a big truck and filling up my tank in 1/4 of the time he will. It's also great to know he won't get any farther than I will on that tank and that I only spent $25.

I'm not an eco-hippy or anything. I just don't need 65 tons of American pride.

I've noticed paramedics and firefighters seem to drive bigger heavier cars and trucks.
