Anyone have anything to say about Centerpointe apartments? They are located NW on the corner of W Rockrimmon and Delmonico. I;m told the Rockrimmon area is very nice. From the look of it these apartments seem decent for the price, I did visit them briefly while I was in town, but was unable to view a unit.

Any horror stories or someone that lived there?

I am moving to Colorado Springs and fairly certain that's where I'm going to live. I couldn't find much in the Forum so I thought I'd post it here for my benefit as well as anyone in the future. Thanks!

Well this doesn't seem very promising... lol

Although I suppose no news is better than bad news.

That's a nice area of town, shouldn't be a problem living there.

There is a Safeway shopping center accross the street, good access to I-25, D-20 schools, Ute Park Wilderness Area, should be a nice area to live. I'm just west of there, up the hill in Mountain Shadows and really enjoy the area.

Thanks for the info. It looked like a nice area when I visited. It makes it easier knowing I'll be in an area that I can feel safe, especially when on a budget.

Default Update: Centerpointe Apartments

Just for anyone who happens to search the forum in the future. I am officially relocated and did decide on Centerpointe apartments.

So far I don't have anything negative to say about the complex. It is in a very safe area. Secluded by the open space on the one side and not very busy in the area after dark. We might have gotten lucky but a great view of the peak and nice, clean, apartment. Staff is a bit forgetful, but what apartment staff isn't, especially for under $800 a month...

All-in-all I'd have to recommend these apartments. Just putting it out there
