I was wondering what the job market was like up there and whether or not there are some affordable nice safe apartments or rental homes. Also where are the good areas and which areas do I want to stay out of as far as neighborhoods single white female I want to be safe.

Job market is so-so with U.E. at about 9+%. There are call centers here that may be hiring, maybe some retail stuff. Least desirable from a crime perspective is the s.e. part of the city. It's affordable here if you can find a job.
