I'm working in Pueblo from Sept 10 - 17.

I'll be off a few days during that period, so what should I do?

I rock climb, but that does require a partner, so I guess I'll just be going around the Springs area solo and looking around.

Any suggestions?

By all means, right here in the city, is Garden of the Gods park. It's a free city park, on the west side. Lots of climbing there but you must get the permit first, else they arrest/fine you.

Red Rocks Canyon Open Space on the west side also has climbing, here are the rules. A newspaper article on RRCOS has a lot of details.

There are tons of climbing venues in the region, bound to be a website on that topic which you can google-up.
