I know, but it's hard to complain when winter arrives like *snap* that!

This may technically be the hottest, but it hasn't really felt like it because the monsoons did come and a lot of high temp. days have been broken early by rain. The drought years often feel much hotter, imho.

I believe most of us have been miserable because it's been very humid this summer. It's like I've been living back east again. It's 8:30 p.m., a time when it would normally be cooling down - outside and in my house, it still feels like an oven.

108 here in Tucson today. Also hottest August on record. 92 right now a little after midnight Thursday morning. When we get monsoon rains, it feels like South Florida in July. You can cut the humidity with a knife. Fortunately, we're nearing the end of our season. Could be 110 tomorrow...

Quit yer whining, it's made it so much nicer for me to go on extended motorcycle rides all over the state. It could stay like this forever and I would love it. I could care less if i ever saw snow again.
